Troubleshooting & Repairs
When something isn’t working correctly, we’ll inspect the problem and explain what we find before moving forward. We offer equipment troubleshooting and select pool-equipment repairs.
Out-of-Town Pool & Equipment Checks
Heading out of town? We’ll stop by to make sure your pool equipment is running, check the water level and circulation, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, and look for any obvious problems before they become expensive surprises.
You’ll receive a digital report with time-stamped photos after every visit, so you can relax knowing someone has checked on your pool while you’re away.

Pool Draining & Refilling
Sometimes a pool needs fresh water, even when it doesn’t look like there’s a major problem. Over time, calcium, stabilizer, salts, and other dissolved materials build up in the water and can make it harder to balance, less comfortable to swim in, and tougher on pool surfaces and equipment.
We test and evaluate the water before recommending a drain. When draining is the right choice, we manage the drain and refill process and rebalance the fresh water so your pool gets a healthy reset.
